At the 2012 Coventry Festival of Motoring we were joined by over 30 car clubs, who displayed a wonderful variety of vehicles for visitors to enjoy.
In 2013 we would love even more clubs to come along and take part in the two days of the festival - it's FREE for car clubs to display, and there are plenty of activities for your members to get involved with, from the WheelSkills precision driving contest to the Show & Shine competition, as well as the all-new Saturday evening Hog Roast (£10 per person, must be booked in advance) and much more.
How to book for your club
We hope that you will be keen to come and display as a club at the Coventry Festival of Motoring 2013.
If so, here's what you need to do:
1. Complete and return a Car Club Application Form - this is to secure your space in the Club area. Please ensure that you also read the Terms and Conditions carefully.
2. Should any of your members wish to also take part in the Historic Vehicle Run, they should each complete a Car Club Historic Vehicle Run Entry Form. They can also book Hog Roast tickets using this form.
3. Should any of your members require tickets for the Hog Roast ONLY - they should complete and return a Car Clubs Hog Roast Booking Form.
